This is one of the most DIRTIEST laundromats I’ve ever seen. All of the washers reeks of dead rodents. And all of the washers detergent, fabric softener and bleach dispensers still be full of bleach, detergent of fabric softener; and a substance that looks like feces, which is a clear indication that the washers are not being cleaned. No attendant available; even after 10 am or throughout the rest of the day most times, and no bathroom to use. Also there’s no utility sink for customers to rinse their hands or to rinse their liquid detergent's cups. So the remaining liquid detergent will run down the detergent bottle when you put it back on the bottle. I had to go to acme to use the bathroom. This is just horrible service and place of business. There should be no excuses for why there’s no utility sink or bathroom for customers to use. Just because a business been around for years doesn’t mean it’s a good business. Lots of crappy no good businesses have been operating for many years and you shouldn’t be allowed to operate. I’m never coming back to this filthy & unprofessional establishment.

You call the business number and you can't ever reach anyone after hours.I keep getting a error message about the drain which is number 10,with my clothes locked in the machine.I hope someone sees this message now and helps me. As my clothes are locked in the machine and I can't get them out

Washer said it would take 49 minutes. It had an error and had to run again, when I got my blanket it had a tear in the seam.

Clean, smells nice, has a good assortment of different sized washer/dryers as well as 2 extra large dryers for up to like 30-40lbs of laundry I think? In a good location with options to fill your time while you wait. 2 seats to wait inside but a close parking lot so the walk isn't forever with all the stuff you have. Being open 24 hrs has been a lifesaver multiple times and sometimes it's actually peaceful when you're the only one there. It's never too busy, sometimes on the weekend but rarely.

Plenty of machines and reasonably clean, however the coin machine does not work. The washers accept card, but then I ended up taking my clothes elsewhere to dry.

Best dry cleaner around. They have my garments ready as soon as they see me exit the car. The dry cleaning comes back pressed and spotless. The alterations are always perfect and they are so pleasant. Great people.

After living two blocks away I finally got around to switching dry cleaners and had to leave a review. I typically get my work clothes dry cleaned but saw that dunrite offers sneaker cleaning and WHAT A GAME CHANGER! I had two pairs of white sneakers that were no where near done their lifespan but needed cleaned. Each pair cost me about $150 so $30 to clean seemed reasonable. So glad I did because they came back from Dunrite like new. Exceptional work!

This place is awesome! The staff is very friendly. Jay is a super nice person. Jay didn't think he could get my dog's bed clean and was honest upfront. Any Garment Cleaners

I just picked up my blazers from this cleaner - Wednesday 8/20/25
I will NEVER AGAIN bring my clothes to this business.  Two blazers had wrinkles pressed into them and one blazer they ripped the left sleeve/cuff.  What made my experience even worse was the lady who was working there @5:00 pm showed absolutely no concern for my damaged clothing.  She had more concern for whoever she was talking to on her cellphone and proceeded to turn away from me.  No manager was available.  She said I had to come back tomorrow morning between 7 -12 if I wanted to register a complaint.
So, I went back Thursday 8/21/25 @8:45am and spoke with the manager.  He entered a ticket for a “redo”.  I go back in the evening- the two blazers with wrinkles were corrected (yay!).   However, the blazer with the ripped sleeve/cuff was not fixed.  The same ignorant woman was working again, and when I brought it to her attention,  she said that they did not cause the damage and the redo ticket did not include “alterations” - and that I had to pay them to correct the damage they caused!  Unbelievable.
I will never again deal with this business.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for some time now, but I couldn’t let my experience at Any Garment Cleaners go unrecognized.
On Sunday, October 12, around 11:30 AM, I stopped by to drop off some event linens. There was a small line—just two people ahead of me—and an elderly gentleman being assisted at the counter. Donnisa was the team member on duty that morning, and I was immediately impressed by how she handled an unexpected situation.
The store’s computer system happened to be down, and while most people might get flustered, Donnisa remained calm, courteous, and completely professional. She clearly communicated to everyone what was going on, explained that she was working with both leadership and technical support to get the system back up, and continued serving customers as best she could despite the challenges.
At one point, the elderly gentleman became visibly upset and was quite unkind toward her. Still, Donnisa never lost her composure. She responded with patience, kindness, and respect—qualities that truly stood out and deserve to be recognized.
It’s rare to see someone handle a tough situation with such grace and professionalism. Any Garment Cleaners is lucky to have someone like Donnisa representing their business. She turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a reminder of what great customer service really looks like.

We started using this cleaners facility at the recommendation of of family. The staff is so friendly - always smiling and ready to answer questions or have a quick chat if you are talkative. The prices are very very good - much cheaper than the last cleaner we used in our area. They are service is quick and the shirts are always hung perfectly and neatly.

Had 3 pairs of pants hemmed and the hem fell apart in each pair of pants a week and a half later so I take them back and try to get them redone. They accuse me of not getting them done there saying that they didn’t use the thread that was in the pants and tried to charge me another $60. Very poor service. Very poor quality. I’m sad that I went there in the first place told me to come back Saturday.

Horrible experience went  in there to have 4 items, dry clleaned  every time. I put any of my cards in the machine. It's at my cards,  expired which it did not none of them. Did I called the bank myself so when I informed?  The reception person that there was something wrong with machine. She got an attitude and said well. I just used it on somebody else. While obviously that an environment does not take that banks cards and it was false. Then they had an ATM machine in there that I was going to use and that doesn't work because the manager there. This Arby doesn't want to fix it, so it  works.  They are terrible company.I tried to contact the corporate office and was unable to.They really should close it because they are inefbecause I put in my  other bank card from another bank in aSo they obviously don't take my 1st bank.So they should have that notified to customers and to have an ATM machine there that the owner is too cheap to have it work unbelievable.They don't even deserve one star they deserve zero

For the past twenty years, every time that I have been in Delaware visiting my in-laws, I have used Point Gloria for both dry cleaning and alterations. The work that Gloria does is very professional, timely, and affordable. She manages to accomplish cumbersome alterations in a  timely manner and her prices are very reasonable. They have been at that location for over 35 years. I had alterations done. They are still reasonable. As for the other reviews about bad English,,, shame on you. How many languages can you speak? Nice business.  I am having 8 items altered.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I called to see what time they were open til around 6:15pm on a Monday. Woman on the phone replies “No, no, no, no, no” and then hangs up. I live right down the street and wanted to go there for convenience. Will definitely NOT be going there ever! How incredibly rude and what awful customer service.

Linden Hill Cleaners

The gentleman owner is very rude. Keep your questions to yourself or else he will ban you from coming back. They also use Sharpie markers and write your name in all of your clothes as if you were a child going to Summer camp. When I asked him if he could please not do that as some of the clothes I bring there are quite pricey he told me to go somewhere else. He said they don't like to use to tickets so it is easier to write on people's clothes.
We also had them put buttons on a couple of dress shirts - nothing fancy , just basic - but they were noticeably mismatched to what was already there.
We finally took his advice and found a different place to go. They are less expensive, get done more quickly and they don't write in your clothes.

I walked and was noticed in no time.  The gracious owners asked me specified questions in regards to my cleaning preferences.  After having my fine possessions respectfully set aside.  A few days later, my textile delights were as good as new

Hotel I'm staying at doesn't have a laundromat within a reasonable walking distance, and taking an uber is not cost effective. I'm so glad they offered both dry cleaning and wash/fold services. This freed several hrs and and enabled me to kill two birds with one stone. Very friendly people who do great work!

I see that the reviews for this cleaners are really positive, but I will never use or recommend this business. As a disclaimer, I rarely use dry cleaners and my bag does look great. And if you feel like waiting a month of run-around to get your items back, I'm sure they'll look great too.

It started out great. I have this bag I use often and therefore needed to get cleaned. I took it to Royal Cleaners and asked the man at the desk if they would be able to clean my bag and he'll have to ask the "the guy" comes in later that week. So he takes my phone number and bag, and I continue on my week. The end of the week comes, and I've had no phone call. So I pop back in to see what the answer was and it turns out "the guy" hasn't come by this week, so he'll have to ask him next week. At the end of the next week, I do get that phone call saying yes they can clean it, it'll be $--, and I just need to pre-pay the next time I can stop by. So I stop in to pay, and ask for an estimate on when I'll be able to pick it up. Unfortunately, the guy at the desk doesn't know and says he'll call me when it's ready. A week passes with no phone call so I stop by again, and ask about an update. He says it's not done, but it should be next week, and he'll call me when it is. *Warning Bells Crescendo* Hesitant because I've never used a dry cleaners before, I say okay and leave. Week two after I've paid (four weeks total) passes and I stop in again. This time when I ask when my bag will be done I'm told, "Maybe next week. I'll call you." Even when pushing, I can't get a straight answer.

Well now I'm alarmed and confused. A few phone-call-less days later I ask my parents about this and they tell me to take my dad with me, because maybe a male presence will get the process moving. WELL IT WORKED, annoyingly. With my dad beside me, THREE weeks after paying (five after first dropping it off), we find out that my bag IS clean. And it's in New Jersey. "The guy" forgot to bring it back, so he "should" be back Tuesday and we can "probably" pick it then. After a bit more pressure, the desk man said he would call "the guy" that day to make sure he DOES bring it Tuesday and takes my dad's phone number. The fact that I needed a guy's presence to get ANY STRAIGHT ANSWERS about the bag that I'd already paid for pisses me off, but not as much as being stupidly led around aimlessly for the five and a half weeks this place had my bag.

So, no. I do not recommend Royal Cleaners. Though my bag does look clean, so I guess if you have that kind of time and patience (and masculine presence) you should be all set.

Excellent service, never missed a button, best dry cleaner in the area. The husband/wife team that own the place are extremely kind and helpful!
